Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS:

We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Please note: expedited shipping does not change processing time for personalized pieces and other pre-order items.

Exchanges

If  you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back for an exchange free of charge within the contiguous United States. All items must be sent back within 5 days of delivery date and must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of use of wear. Everything must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you, with all original packaging and pieces. We cannot accept partial or broken merchandise for an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. Final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged. Pink Empress reserves the right to reject (and not exchange) items that do not adhere to this exchange policy. One exchange per order is free of charge. Any additional exchanges within the same order will be subject to charge shipping rate.

  • All exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number (see instructions below).
  • All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items.

Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not exchangeable. They will be returned to you at your expense.

Return for exchanges may be dropped off at any Post office, USPS driver, or scheduled USPS pick up.

 

FAQ

How do I initiate an exchange? 

Exchanging an item is simple. Click below to create a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). This number will identify your package let us know which items you are returning and or exchanging.

Once the RA has been created you will be e-mailed an RA form. This will include directions on how exchange your items and our Returns Department address. Please print this form and include it in your return shipment.

Upon receiving your return we will process all exchanges within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail once your exchange has been processed

Tips on sending the perfect return package:

  • Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
  • Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
  • Include a completed RA form with the merchandise. Otherwise processing will be delayed.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

 

How do I track my exchanges?

You may track your exchange by the tracking number located on return label we send to you (Please be sure to make note of tracking number prior to sending package). Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email.

 

How do I schedule a USPS pickup?

If your area is eligible for scheduled pickups, go to https://www.usps.com/customer-service/customer-service.htm, select “Schedule a Pickup”, and follow the directions online.
